Q. What are the qualifications to be approved?  

A. Complete Application, Proof of Income, Valid Drivers License

Q. Who must complete the application?

A. Anyone over the age of 18 who will be living in the house will need to complete an application.

Q. How long is the lease term?

A. We offer a 12-month lease at a time.

Q. Where do I pay rent, and do you prorate rent?

A. You will have access to an online portal when the lease is signed. You can pay rent there or bring a cashier’s check or money order to the office. 4301 N Frankford Ave Lubbock, TX 79416.

Q. Are pets allowed?

A. Yes, pets are allowed, and we don’t have breed restations. There is a $250 nonrefundable pet fee per pet. We also allow 2 large animals per acre.

Q. What appliances are included in the lease?

A. Stove, microwave, dishwasher, well, and septic.

Q. What do I do if I have a maintenance issue?

A. We have an online portal that you will put all your work order needs into and we will work on getting someone there to fix the issue.

Q. How much land comes with the property?

A. Each of our houses sits on an acre lot. Located in a rural area so you can enjoy the peaceful country lifestyle.
